Terms of use

By using L’Espritvert, you agree to comply with these terms of use. Our products are not suitable for:

persons under the age of 18 or who are minors in their country of residence;
pregnant or breastfeeding women;
persons undergoing medical treatment or with a health condition, without the prior advice of a healthcare professional.

You are permitted to use L’Espritvert to place orders provided that you are of legal age in your country of residence, comply with local laws and agree to receive an invoice electronically.

Follow the instructions for use and keep these products out of the reach of children, persons requiring supervision and pets. In the event of an accident or feeling unwell, consult a doctor immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.

These recommendations in no way limit the legal guarantee of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects, to which you are entitled as of right.

In the event of misuse, we reserve the right not to deliver the products ordered and to inform the relevant authorities if necessary.

Deliveries

For every order, we provide free tracked delivery to mainland France, the French Overseas Departments and Monaco.

If your parcel arrives opened or damaged, refuse it on delivery and let us know: we will then be able to send you a replacement. This step is required for any reshipment on this basis.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

All of our products are delivered in sealed packaging. Any opening or tampering with the seal makes a return impossible. For products that remain sealed and intact, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us of your decision through an unambiguous statement at contactespritvertfr. Return costs remain at your expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of the products being recovered.

These provisions do not affect the legal guarantee of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects: a non-conforming or defective product will be exchanged or refunded, whether or not it has been unsealed.

Privacy

Privacy is a freedom we hold dear. That is why L’Espritvert undertakes to:

use cookies only for practical and security purposes (avoiding having to log in again on each visit, saving your preferences, etc.);
use IP addresses only for diagnostic purposes;
not share its database with any third party;
work as far as possible to offer you a service that respects your privacy.

We reserve a right of access to your information in the event of a technical or legal issue, in order to make the appropriate changes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, deletion, rectification or portability of your data by contacting us at contactespritvertfr.
